Beste Pieter,
Wat jammer dat het pakket niet aangekomen is. Je hebt dit gisteren pas om 20u38 's avonds aan ons gemeld via email. We zijn vandaag nog maar drie kwartier open. We zijn altijd snel om te reageren, maar nog sneller dan binnen het uur een reactie verwachten is echt wel onrealistisch. Ik heb zonet een informatieverzoek naar DPD gestuurd. Van zodra we feedback hebben, hoor je het van me.
