They say they deliver in 18 days, did not. We have made an order for deck of cards, it was supposed to be for an event, so we have a specific date we needed them to be delivered. We put in the order 25 days before. We got an email to confirm the print ready files 18 days after (precisely when the order should be arriving) indicating production would only start at that time. We asked when we should expect the order, they said "+-5 days" after production is ready which wasn't yet. Deck of cards won't be here on time. They could only justify with 2000km distance from the Netherlands to Portugal
