    My payment wasn't registered even though I paid immediately. But once I notified them of this, they acted promptly. I'm a bit hesitant about ordering again.

    Dear Ms Englund,

    Thanks a lot for taking the time to give us your review. Your order was placed via a banktransfer and that leads to manual processing on our end and in your case the confirmation from payment receipt was not forwarded from the financial dpt by accident. Our apologies for this human error. We should have released your order earlier and then you would have had your products earlier.

    Just a suggestion for future orders; should you make the payment via creditcard or PayPal: the transaction will be done online and that leads to an automatic situation: your order is then presented in our warehouse for orderpicking within 15 minutes. Goods will then leave our warehouse the same or next working day.

    Hope you will visit our shop again in the future and again our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Delivery was easy to follow but not as fast as I expected. Also, the place to receive it was not the excepted – the nearest possible (400 m), but 1,5 km.
