I ordered TWO HG00602 High Membrane (ref:3289) (their web site says there are 14 units available even today - yet on my order they only sent 1 unit - and when checking online my order states "HG00602 High Membrane (ref:3289) × 2 = Material Pending / Backorder: two €41.31 (excluding taxes) Audiotest Servicio Técnico - Pedido 60762 Despite having responded 4 times with email asking where the second unit is and when they will send it they IGNORE my communications. I have asked for the second unit to be sent or for a refund - this they ignore too. Delivery time for the unit that did arrive was great. They still owe me a speaker or a refund.
