Two months ago: - Audiotest sent me email to say the item I was waiting for was now available. Website showed 2 available for immediate shipping so I paid for 2 and received Audiotest email confirming my order and payment. Accordingly, the website changed to show that there were now none available following my purchase. A couple of days later I checked my Audiotest account and saw that my items had not been shipped and instead were pending supply from the manufacturer. Audiotest have not contacted me to explain why they haven't fulfilled my order which they said was available for immediate shipping, and for which they took my payment. They have not responded to my emails.

Ho comprato per la prima volta su Audiotest Sonido Professional 2 crossover per casse Peavey PV215 e purtroppo uno dei due è arrivato con la struttura interna di plastica totalmente rotta. Sono certo che il danno sia imputabile al lungo viaggio e non dipendente dal venditore.
