Hice un pedido el 2 de Octubre, estamos a 5 de Noviembre y aún no me lo han enviado, he intentado comunicarme por todos los medios posibles y no tengo una respuesta. Actualización: 5 de Noviembre se cominican conmigo y me comentan que están teniendo problemas con los medios de comunicación. Dado que el artículo aún no estaba disponible, solicité un reembolso el cuál lo tramitaron inmediatamente. Lamento tener que haber pedido un reembolso pero creí que era lo mas adecuado para mi, no podía seguir esperando y terminé comprando el repuesto que necesitaba en otra tienda que si tenía en stock. Mantengo mi puntuación original de dos estrellas pues realmente fué un inconveniente el cual me puso realmente nervioso, comprar online siempre tiene sus riesgos.

The product was ordered twice, because we did not receive any response from the supplier. Once we received the order and tracking details, we had to wait for two weeks before it was finally in the postal system to the UK. Second order was done directly with supplier and took longer before any tracking details became available. We tried to cancel the second order, but that was ignored by the supplier. One of the two switches that was ordered first time, is faulty. This type of service is unacceptable.
