Due to an error on my part I cancelled 'my order by email 30 minutes after placing it. I have had no response from my cancellation email and the order proceeded to be filled but then stopped. The amount was debited from my Paypal. I had one response in whatsapp but the english did not make sense. Further whatsapps mesasge in spanish have elicited no response. I resent cancellations to all email addresses (Spares, Tech Support) and finally got the refund processed. Some persistence required
