Please beware. I just paid top dollar for a product that was advertised as a brand named item, but received a dollar store knock off. They don't honour any of their listed policies, the phone number they provide is not operational and customer service is appalling. Do not ever hope to resolve anything... because they will string you along forever if you let them, for they have absolutely no intentions of ever making things right/resolve it. Its about the principle of the matter, so i reported them to the FTC (federal trade commission) Maybe if enough people do the same, we came put a stop to this company's fraudulent practices.
