Item was fine. I thought postage was expensive and company didn't send eircode to DPD which caused complications.

Dear Maria, Thanks for pointing this out, we do ask for the Eircode in the checkout and this info is linked 1:1 with the DPD Shipping label tool. Perhaps there was a slight downtime at the moment you placed the order in our store. We will let our IT check this datalink and fix the issue. Should you be buying with us again and you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you before placing the order but also for aftersales and service. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Team Bestbuyenvelopes.ie
