Good, well-packaged product. Communication could’ve been a little bit better, but otherwise very happy.

One item was not available at the time of the order (somewhere November 2025). I was contacted by the seller via Whatsapp and they informed me it could take up half a year until the item arrives. I deemed this a a very transparent and honest form of communication.Since I was not in a hurry, I agreed to wait. The package arrived here about 2 weeks ago. Everything was as it should be. No reason to complain!

The team were really helpful and resolved a mistake I made really quickly. The item was exactly as described and arrived quickly and safely, having been well packed. Exactly what I had been searching for, thank you!

I purchased a product on January 17th, and it was stated that it would be shipped within 2-4 days. It has just been delivered after more than 30 days, but the customer services was great. Thanks for everything
