    Beware of OnlineCarParts.co.za: A Nightmare Experience My recent encounter with OnlineCarParts.co.za has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for a clutch replacement kit, specifically advertised as a perfect fit for my Mini Cooper 2010 model (A56), for a total of 2645 ZAR. However, what followed was a series of misrepresentations, evasive customer service, and an infuriating runaround. Firstly, the part that was scheduled to arrive turned out to be a flywheel, not the clutch replacement kit I had ordered. This discrepancy was utterly baffling, given that their website had clearly stated that the part was an exact match for my vehicle. Numerous phone calls were made, and they left me hanging without any assistance. When I finally got through to someone, I was consistently transferred between different representatives, each time having to retell my frustrating story. To add to the frustration, I received what they claimed was "proof of payment" a week ago, and I immediately became suspicious. Upon consulting the payment platform, Paygate, I discovered that the document wasn't valid. Paygate explained that the refund process should be initiated by the merchant through their Paygate dashboard, not by Paygate themselves. The situation escalated when I contacted OnlineCarParts today. Instead of receiving an update on my refund status, I was met with the boss, an Indian male, who appeared to have been eavesdropping on the call. He not only failed to provide the information I sought but also responded with disrespect and threats. Throughout this ordeal, I realized that I might have been dealing with a scam operation, as I never received the part I ordered, and the refund process seemed dubious. At this point, I fear that I won't get my money back. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of OnlineCarParts.co.za, as they exhibit fraudulent behavior and have a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will be pursuing legal action to prevent them from preying on unsuspecting individuals in the future. Don't waste your time and money on these dishonest individuals. Stay away from OnlineCarParts.co.za.
