I bought sunglasses I paid via paypal 160£ free delivery !good price i thoughtbut ,but a message came after 5days i have to pay more!!!(47.92£) for duty tax!no one says anything about it on the website!!I could have bought it anywhere for that amount anywhere in the uk!!so sad.. I tried to contact, but there was no chance

optimaleoptik.com I ordered two pairs of glasses from this company that are for sale on their website. The first order sat on the website for a week without anything happening. I paid immediately using PayPal, of course. When I followed up, I didn't hear from anyone. Only when I wrote that I'd had enough and would be leaving a negative review did someone kindly reply that they didn't have the glasses and were waiting to produce them! I sat down! I cancelled my order and asked if other glasses from their webshop that I also liked were in stock. No answer! I thought to myself, this can't happen twice, so I bought another pair! And as they say, never say never! The next pair is also out of stock and they don't reply to my messages. I seriously doubt that they stock anything from reputable manufacturers. I would 100% advise against buying from this company! It looks like a front! I wanted to buy something before my holiday and fell for what you only see twice on the website.
