I purchased a tent a week ago and have been told my order will be dispatched a.s.a.p but days later, still nothing has been done. This company appears to be a fraud so I will not have to fight to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs. They claim to be an American company that has its products made in China, but it is obvious the people running this company are also Chinese as the are notorious for bad customer service.
