Product was not as advertised

AVOID! Received wrong item. Return requested. UK listed seller, but I was instructed to send to China at my cost, not refundable. I repeatedly but unsuccessfully sought written buy2fix clarification, with an intention to report to UK authorities. Refund received. One star assessment is too lenient. Five black holes would be more accurate.

I contacted them to understand why after five days I didn't have any confirmation, they told me they can't provide free shipping to the country I'm staying in. So they provided a DHL express solution which I paid for it and since then despite a tracking number they sent me, but didn't work, and finally I never heard anything anymore from them.
