My experience with Hostplay tech support has been good prompt and helpful responses. Really nice option for ordering offshore semi-dedicated hosting in Netherlands. For the 1 or 2 times that I have had to use tech-support the response is super-fast and genuine, no canned answers.
Pricing is quite normal according to what you get. Hostplay has fast and polite customer support that works 24/7 and always ready to help and solve any trouble you may experience. I like it very much when you deal with hosting providers. Thinking to switch to their offshore vps server account soon.
