I was earning cashback on all of my online purchases, and the customer service was responsive. However, as soon as I started to earn a significant amount of cashback, my account was blocked. The company claimed that there was a fraud alert on my account, but I was never given any further information. When I tried to contact customer service, I was met with slow response times and unhelpful answers. I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend their cashback extension to anyone. I believe that they are intentionally blocking accounts that are earning a lot of cashback in order to avoid paying out rewards.
