Returned item for a refund on 27th December. Tracking says "being held by (Chinese) Customs for Duty payment" since 10th January it is now 30th and still there. Duty surely not due for a returned item? Return postage Track/Trace cost £9.70. UK support rep says she has/will again make enquiries, but never gets back to me. If it is a genuine business, it is totally incompetent. Update: 28th March - finally received the refund!
I have ordered a product (Japanese knife) through Native Discount, it should have reached me weeks ago, I have no way to track the package and no one is replying to the emails I'm sending as replies to their initial confirmation email, or messages I'm sending through their website. Hope situation changes and I get a reply but for now, it's very disappointing.
