I ordered on 4 Nov 23 and after a few emails enquiring on the ETA the order (Part order only) finally arrived, the items being of inferior fabric, and bad workmanship. All gone to the Op Shop. So on that evidence cancelled the other items and requested a refund. So many excuses they give, the last one being..... Dear customer, I was told by our Financial manager that Our account has been frozen due to a lot of transactions recently. The manager is currently dealing with this issue.All refunds will be postponed for a period of time.so sorry for the inconvenience. your understanding is highly appreciated. warm regards Emails always polite and friendly but getting a refund, a nightmare. A total waste of time and money, please do not shop with them. Oh I gave one star but only to enable me to write this review, I give ZERO stars.

Customer service is awful, clothing quality is very poor, fitting is terrible. The whole experience with this company is disgusting and this really stressed me out, just getting a return address from then was a nightmare., it took 4weeks and 5 emails and I have to pay the shipping cost as well.

What was on picture and what i actually received not comparable. Scammers! On the picture it looked as good quality nice product but what i received is cheap low quality copy crap

They sent my order but with missing items,they constantly said it was being reshipped but it never arrived,also the fabric of the clothes look nothing near the quality on the photos Will never order from these ever again.

This company is a scam. I ordered a dress. It came with only my adress on the package, no adress from the sender. Quality of the fabric was reasonable, but the fitting horrible. I am trying to get a return adress, but after 4 weeks and about 10 emails all I get are intentions… no adress and no money back.
