I ordered and got shipped notification, but couldn't view it or the shop after ordering. After waiting over a month, I contacted and they claim it was delivered. I said no way since I work from home. Now they are stalling saying they are looking for it. I am reporting to my credit card.

Ordered from them never received what i ordered can't contact them as there website doesn't have a ssl protocol this is a scam and there affiliate service@reszero.shop also is a scam. Preferrede website no longer exists

I paid for fast shipping still didn't get my items and they gave me a tracking number but it hasn't moved from day one and I paid in full with extra payment to receive my items fast because item was for a birthday gift but that birthday already had past I'm very disappointed 😞

Their entire existence has been wiped from their URL shortly after ordering and paying for an ebike on clearance sale. Even their own tracking system takes one to 'this site is currently available' flag and another tracking method claims the store doesn't even exist! Btw, they used a Macy's clearance sale as a hook on YouTube.
