Suffered a 'critical error' during a wordpress update, which locked me out of WP Admin. ChemiCloud support responded quickly and located the problem, which was a defective plugin. After disabling the plugin, the site was up and running smoothly again. Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the staff.
