No, I will not make any further purchases from Metavaya. I have not been happy with the service or the quality of the product that I was provided. I purchased two Fontenelle light fixtures from Metavaya. No instructions or drawings (diagrams) came with the shipment. We had a difficult time finding and securing light bulbs for these light fixtures, I did communicate with Metavaya and after many tries found light bulbs that worked. The light fixtures that were shipped to me were very poor quality. The ribbed glass shade on one of the light fixtures would not fit over the bulb base. We tried to see if it would fit on the other light fixture bulb base and it would not. I sent an email to Metavaya concerning the issue, only to be told that this defect was a "known" issue. I was told that if I would cover the shipping costs of $60.00 that a new "non defective" clear ribbed glass shade would be shipped to me. Since I was in a dilemma where I had a light fixture that was unusable that I asked to return, but Metavaya refused to accept the return, I paid the $60.00 shipping fee so I could receive a new shade that would fit over the light fixtures bulb base. It is unacceptable that I purchase two light fixtures, and find that a part is defective, and then I have to pay for shipping for a replacement part that is not defective. Metavaya stated hat I made two purchases with their company. No, I made one purchase of two light fixtures. I paid for the shipping so a new non defective part could be shipped to me. I would not count that last transaction of $60.00 a purchase. I essentially paid $60 extra for these light fixtures to be usable. Lastly, the light fixture is not very good quality. When it was installed, the individual sections of the light fixture had to be siliconed together in order for it to hold its shape and integrity. In closing, I will not be purchasing any further items from Metavaya, nor will I be recommending Metavaya to others.

Do not purchase from here. No issue resolution and you will end up stuck with the item.
