Received and email indicating that I will not be getting my video due to backup orders. It’s Mother’s Day and took my mom out for breakfast with my plan not coming out as I planned. Requested a full refund and Esther refused it and after an hour when I’m no longer around my mom they send it. I don’t want it. It’s too late. Unbelievable.
