They stole my money. I ordered a mirror and never received it. Reached out to the company and they blocked me

I placed an order for a mirror almost one month ago and when I call the support number it says "the phone number is not in service". I keep asking where my mirror is on the website by the email address they provide and I never get any response. When I finally called my credit card company they told me that this was a known scam and that I should contact the FBI field office here in Delaware, as they are using the address provided to them for extortion purposes and have first hand knowledge of at least one kidnapping related to the person running this scam.
