Item was fine. I thought postage was expensive and company didn't send eircode to DPD which caused complications.

Dear Maria, Thanks for pointing this out, we do ask for the Eircode in the checkout and this info is linked 1:1 with the DPD Shipping label tool. Perhaps there was a slight downtime at the moment you placed the order in our store. We will let our IT check this datalink and fix the issue.
