Ignored every email I had sent RE: shipping and tracking. Item was eventually received but it was not the same one advertised on their website and they haven't sent a response when asking about a refund or replacement. They still continue to update their website with new stock so are clearly actively trading, however due to the issue with my order I don't think I would trust any future purchases with them!

Take your money an never send goods or reply to order cancellation requests, should have read reviews before ordering as the only ones i can find are negative, Stealing peoples money seems standard practice for these Scammers

Never sent me what I ordered, ignored my emails, tweets etc and after started to get scam calls from Manchester based people which is where Punx claim to be based. Don't use

I ordered a top 31 days ago and have not received it. I’ve had no response to emails or messages. Only response I’ve had is the company deleting my comments on their Instagram posts! I’ve applied for a refund and not received this either. I would never order from this company again and urge others not to risk it. Very poor, wish I could give 0 stars as one is too generous.
