I'm happy and pleasantly surprised I ordered an item from this company and did not check the reviews before I paid. The reviews range largely from poor to outright fraud so I thought I was scammed. I started emailing customer service. They respond every time within a reasonable time frame. Apart from a long shipping time ( from China) the items was delivered exactly as ordered. So I'm pleased.
Their pictures are misleading. Mugs are way smaller than advertised. Delivered broken from China. No returns even though they say they do. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
More rubbish from China. They do not offer refunds. Products are all terrible quality.
Ordered 2 products. Product looked nothing like the image online, it came ripped and with scratches. Soulona is refusing a refund and even expect me to pay for return shipping
