Bought a Xbox controller, at a good price, parcel was sent well packaged too. Spoke to customer service to help with tracking delivery also, they was really helpful and full of info. Will be buying more of my controllers from there as a collector of colours amd special editions

I got worried about the order after reading Trustpilot and a delay on delivery. Wondering had i made a mistake buying from an online shop i didn't know! So I contacted A1 directly, I had not realized that the xbox controller was coming from outside the UK, which is understandable for a longer delivery time! I had a response from them very quickly. Updating me with a tracking number. The tracking number then did not work due to a courier website problem a few days later. Which did worry me more at the time. A1 again kept me in the loop from their side with screenshots of transit progress until

I got the product very quickly. Perfect packing. It remains to test the smart watch and come back with opinions about the quality of the product. I will definitely come back with other orders

Avoid. Scam and lies. I purchased a water dispenser two months ago that took a month to arrive, as the shop is actually located in Hong Kong, not the UK. Unfortunately, the dispenser stopped working after only 2 days of use. When I requested a replacement, the shop agreed to cover return shipping costs if the fault was on their end. However, I had to ship the item back twice due to the misleading postage guidelines they provided(the shop asked me to send it by International Economy rather than Tracked and Signed stating on their website). I finally received a replacement unit, which was a different model than my original order. Despite their multiple errors, the shop refused to reimburse my shipping fees (I just asked for one postage, not two). I am extremely disappointed with the misleading product listing, a faulty item, poor communication around replacements, and lack of accountability for shipping costs even though their policy states the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer if it has exceeded 90 days from the purchase date". It's a scammer and full of lies. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP
