Were very accommodating when giving me all the information to make a payment on PayPal, but then got VERY pissed off when I did NOT select the "friends and family" option in PayPal. They cancelled my order and now I've had to file a Dispute complaint with PayPal to get my money back. Also, the invoice they send you looks A LOT like invoices you receive from other sites so perhaps they have multiple sites they are running at the same time.
