There's no such thing as customer service or representation at this ""so-called brokerage firm"". They vanished, just like my withdrawal did. Even the payout request pending entry in the portal is missing and their reps keep ghosting me, yet the account states the subtracted amount. I hope genesis figures it out soon enough and I'd be grateful enough to modify my review. Its a tit for tat and every experience must be conveyed transparently
