I run ClearLedger Accounting, and I’m Nathan. We started with some of our more repetitive administrative processes. AI now helps classify inquiries, find information internally, prepare standard responses, organize tasks, and remind clients about documents and deadlines. It’s not glamorous work, but there’s a lot of it in accounting. The setup took some figuring out, but the team was very helpful throughout. They were happy to adjust things instead of treating the original setup as fixed.

I’m Olivia, and I run Westbrook Medical Center. For us, AI is mostly handling the administrative side — appointment requests, confirmations, reminders, common questions, and pre-visit information. Anything medical or sensitive is routed to the appropriate member of staff. That alone has taken a lot of pressure off our front desk. I was especially happy with how carefully the implementation was handled. The team understood that we needed clear boundaries around what should and shouldn’t be automated.

I started Cornerstone Business Service. We were looking for a way to reduce the amount of manual work involved in leads, customer responses, reminders, internal searches, document preparation, and reporting. Eventually, we connected several of those workflows through AI. The result is a much more organized operation, especially when things get busy. I really appreciate how involved the team stayed throughout the project. They helped us connect the different processes instead of leaving us with a collection of separate automations.

I own NovaCart, an online store. Customer support was one of the first areas where we introduced AI. It handles questions about delivery, returns, payments, products, and order status, while anything unusual gets sent to our support team. This has been particularly useful when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. I’m also glad we had a team helping us through the rollout — there were quite a few details to work through, and they were very responsive.
