Just completed my trade and received a review request - nice to see theyโre always looking to improve! Did a flip from bch to usdt. The rates werenโt fire, but it was fast, no kyc nightmares. Just wish they showed fees up front - had to dig a bit for that info
Love that theyโre so customer-focused! got an email asking for a review - All great! Bought btc with my card at 3am cause I saw a dip and got FOMO. Transaction cleared before I even questioned my life choices lol
Bought some ethereum via apple pay while half-asleep in bed, didnโt even sit up - their ux smoother than my silk pillowcase ๐
Rates in-app slapped - checked vs CoinGecko outta habit and had to do a double take xx Not mad.
Was able to buy some crypto for the first time, really liked how easy it was! No major hiccups, just a bit slow with the verification. But once it was done, the transaction was seamless
