Inbox pinged with “Rate your experience”, yeah sure why not. Simple things still matter. I used Apple Pay to grab some xrp for fees in my wallet, and it worked better than most apps I’ve tried. Fee was a bit higher than I hoped, but acceptable

All good now, but can somebody explain the “floating rate” thing to me? I picked fixed, it still moved a little. Just wanna understand what happened

Floating rate transactions are exchanged at the moment when we've received the funds, so the amount you see when creating the transaction is a live-based estimate, meaning that you can still receive more or less depending on the market rate fluctuations. On the other hand, fixed rates are, well, fixed – you get exactly the amount you see when creating the transaction, even if the rate changes in your favor. In the same way, if the rate shifts the other way, you're safe from risks and will still get what you paid for. Used local currency for USDT, conversion felt straightforward. A minor dislike to KYC selfie verification algorithm, but team sorted it quite quick

Funny thing, I started on laptop out of habit, finished on my phone. Better rate, lower fee, easier to find the coins no one else offers, no lag. The app’s basically the main product at this point

Email says “So how did we do?”, honestly... now even much better than expected! Card payment went through fine, no declined problems so I'm happy enough to give my feedback. Used my card and it went brrr 💳💥 Then the app said transaction complete. / Bros I don’t even know what chain I used but I finally own that Bitcoin!

Got that Rate us email after making a transaction -so, I was asked to complete extra verification documents, this caught me off guard tbh. 4 stars for the kyc, 5 stars for the rates 🔥
