Site felt a bit outdated, while mobile had all the new rate-tracking tweaks. Execution was faster too. They are pushing updates there first.

Swapped on desctop until their support recommended using the app. And indeed, they provide a lower fee and a higher final amount within the app, making it the preferred choice for me

Got the coins eventually, but communication was a joke. Not a single status update during the process

They meet the uptime and latency targets most days, with clear escalation paths for any deviations. Long-term: would value a dedicated ops contact for large recuring flows to cut down coordination overhead.
